People Partner
Job Summary
Heres a summary of the role:
Our People team is growing and were looking for an HR Business Partner to serve as a key link between HR the business and cross-functional this role youll lead critical people and performance initiatives that reflect and reinforce our strong company culture and values. As a trusted advisor youll support regional business units by designing and implementing commercially focused HR solutions. Youll collaborate closely with fellow HRBPs and Centres of Excellence to deliver strategic projects while continuing to provide comprehensive generalist HR support to the business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design workforce planning talent management succession planning and leadership effectiveness.
Use data and insights to diagnose organizational challenges and recommend strategic solutions.
Coach and influence leaders to build high-performing engaged and inclusive teams.
Talent & Organizational Development
Lead talent reviews succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
Partner with leaders to identify critical capabilities and establish talent development plans.
Drive performance management processes and build a culture of accountability and continuous feedback.
Support organizational effectiveness initiatives including team structure design and change management.
Employee Relations & Risk Management
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters.
Navigate disciplinary cases grievances performance concerns and organizational restructuring with sound judgment and risk awareness.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across APAC markets.
Partner with Legal and other stakeholders on sensitive investigations and workforce matters.
Change & Transformation
Lead people-related aspects of organizational change initiatives.
Support reorganizations business expansions and workforce transformation projects.
Develop change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and business outcomes.
Regional HR Leadership
Build strong partnerships with Centers of Excellence Talent Acquisition Rewards Learning & Development and People Operations teams.
Influence and support regional people initiatives across APAC.
Ensure alignment between global people practices and local market requirements.
These are the essentials youll need to get an interview:
Strong knowledge of regional employment legislation and experience managing employee relations including unions or works councils
Proven HR business partnering experience with the ability to balance strategic insight and day-to-day HR operations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence persuade and build strong partnerships
Demonstrated ability to lead through change manage ambiguity and handle multiple priorities under pressure
Innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge norms and drive continuous improvement
Experience working in a matrixed environment and collaborating across teams while also operating independently
Solid understanding of all HR functions with deep expertise in at least one area (e.g. talent performance or org development)
It would be great if you had these to but well support you if you dont:
HR qualifications (e.g. CIPD SHRM-CP/SCP PHR/SPHR)
Minimum 8 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in multinational organizations.
Minimum 3 years supporting multiple APAC markets in a regional HRBP capacity.
Demonstrated experience supporting leaders and employees in Singapore and Australia.
Experience partnering with Senior leadership populations.
