Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Engagement Events:
Drive the full lifecycle of impactful employee engagement initiatives at the location from creative planning and seamless coordination to effective budgeting logistical arrangements and engaging communication all in close collaboration with local stakeholders

Exit Management:
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (TBPs People Support Payroll IT Admin etc.) to orchestrate a seamless offboarding experience for departing company. This includes managing the entire resignation process from the initial notice through exit interviews clearance procedures and final settlement.

Employee Guidance & Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact to assist comapny with queries on location transfers leave requests benefits inquiries policy related queries and other HR processes.
Offer timely accurate and empathetic solutions to employee queries and issues fostering a smooth and supportive experience.

Drive Process Compliance:
Ensure diligent completion of all Performance Management activities by .Facilitate completion of goal-setting check-ins and performance cycle closures.
Achieve 100% compliance on multiple organizational processes like timesheet submissions mandatory training completions leave reporting and documentations and proactively flag anomalies or challenges to TBPs for timely resolution.

Onboarding Assistance:
Guide new hires through a comprehensive onboarding journey which includes engaging New Hire Orientation programs and a smooth induction process. You will also support their seamless assimilation into the organization by promptly addressing any questions.

Data Management & Analytics:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records assisting TBPs with data collection preparation and analysis for informed decision-making.
Generate regular reports and provide insights to support strategic HR initiatives.

HR Systems Support:
Support effective use and regular updating of HR systems.
Assist TBPs with implementing process improvements and automations to enhance operational efficiency.
Enable Talent Business Partners (TBPs) by providing essential administrative support across a range of tasks ensuring the efficient flow of daily HR operations.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
1-3 years of proven experience in HR operations people coordination or administrative HR roles

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite).
