• We are looking for a People Data Analyst with 45 years of experience in data management reporting and analytics. The primary focus of this role is to ensure data accuracy integrity and governance across HR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MS Excel Macros/VBA and Power BI with hands-on experience in managing large datasets performing data validation and generating actionable insights. Exposure to HRIS systems preferably Dayforce will be an added advantage.

• Maintainhigh standardsof HR data accuracy integrity and consistency across systems and reports.
• Conduct regular data sanity checks audits reconciliations and validations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop automate and maintain reports dashboards and trackers using MS Excel and Power BI.
• Analyze large volumes of employee and organizational data to provide meaningful insights and support decision-making.
• Create and manage periodic and ad-hoc reports for HR and business stakeholders.
• Support data cleansing data migration and data governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Talent Management HRBP Payroll Finance and Business teams to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and reporting efficiency through Excel Macros/VBA and Power BI solutions.
• Support HRIS data maintenance and system-related activities as required.

• Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location skill set experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.

• This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
