PEO Quality Control Inspector (Part-time Freelance)

As a PEO Inspector youll be reporting to an Operations Manager and working as part of our Operations team. At QIMA our Operations team is responsible for delivering industry-leading inspection services while ensuring all activities are performed according to QIMA standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Check emails daily to receive inspection schedules documents and guidelines;
• Attend inspections on time and communicate professionally with suppliers and factory representatives;
• Verify finished goods quantity packaging condition carton integrity assortment labeling and shipping marks according to client requirements and QIMA procedures;
• Conduct final shipment verification to ensure products are packed and prepared for export as instructed;
• Prepare and submit inspection reports accurately and within the required timelines.

Qualifications :

Think you have what it takes First of all we want someone with:

• Location: New Delhi Agra Ahmedabad;
• Available for factory inspection at least 2-3 days per week;
• Experience in packing inspection shipment verification or related manufacturing/warehouse operations (2 years or more preferred);
• Familiarity with packaging requirements shipping marks carton labeling and export shipment processes;
• Basic knowledge of AQL standards and inspection procedures;
• Good command of English (spoken and written);
• Strong attention to detail integrity and professional ethics.
