Key Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with Pega Platform administration and support

Strong understanding of Pega deployment architecture and clustering

Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows server administration

Knowledge of databases Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL or DB2

Experience in database backup recovery tuning and performance monitoring

Understanding of application servers like Tomcat WebSphere WebLogic or JBoss

Knowledge of load balancers networking SSL and security concepts

Experience with shell scripting PowerShell or Python
