**Business Analyst - Responsibilities**

Experience - 3 to 6 years 

CPBA Certification Mandatory

Early Joiner Preferred

• Evaluate business processes for automation opportunities and lead requirements gathering through client meetings interviews and workshops
• Support the development and execution of robotic process automation (RPA) and digital transformation initiatives including user requirements planning process review facilitation and process modeling
• Conduct requirements analysis and develop business cases to identify Business Process Management (BPM) opportunities aligned with organizational goals
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies based on industry best practices
• Communicate insights analysis results and recommendations to cross-functional teams management and stakeholders through clear reporting and presentations
• Perform user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Prioritize initiatives and monitor project deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Collaborate with clients subject matter experts and architects to deliver solutions that support digital transformation objectives
