Detailed job description

• Lead the design development and implementation of complex solutions and systems for clients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions
• Drive customer design sessions and develop the solution design document and architectural diagram.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external clients
• Support QA Testing and release activities; help troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
