Job Summary

Roles & Responsibility:

Efficiently manage the payroll and/or benefits administration for each country processes assigned to the SCC team Ensure all new employees are processed correctly and in good time in payroll and benefits systems. Process variable pay accurately and efficiently ensuring compliance with statutory requirements - including but not limited to Salary sacrifice pension and benefits. Reconciliation and processing of 3rd party payments to all vendors including ATO Pension providers etc - to be provided to the CoE. Responsible for the preparing/checking of all payroll reports and payments as generated by the vendor or as produced internally - to be reviewed and approved by the CoE as agreed. Provide regular instruction to vendors and ensure they perform within the terms agreed as instructed by the CoE In this role the incumbent will effectively partner with peer members within the SCC and CoE to ensure that data and records are accurately maintained and reviewed on a regular basis. Act as the first point of contact for all day-to-day queries related to the assigned area of focus or assigned country i.e. payroll statutory social security tax and policies compliance support etc (Teir 1 support). Provide support during various statutory social security enrolments by compiling information for eligibility providing files to vendors and assisting with communication distribution Maintain proper record of all confidential information according to the established guidelines Be available to employees and managers to provide operational support and guidance on local and corporate-wide payroll programs in collaboration and under guidance of the CoE. Support audit requirements as per SOX compliances in collaboration and under guidance of the CoE Log queries and resolutions to assist in identifying areas for process improvement. Complete quarterly ethics module as advised by ECO
