Profile: Payment Collection

Experience:

• Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply
• Collection / Sales experience preferred

Roles:

• Visit customers for payment collection
• Follow up with customers on pending and outstanding payments
• Collect cash and cheques from customers and deposit them as per company procedure
• Maintain accurate daily collection records
• Prepare and submit daily collection reports
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams regarding payments and outstanding amounts
• Follow up regularly on overdue payments
• Handle local travel for customer collections
• Maintain proper documentation of all collections
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of collection activities

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass
• Own two-wheeler required for local travel
• Valid driving licence preferred
