Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Patch Management Team Lead / Patch Manager to lead enterprise-wide patching strategy and governance.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise patch management lifecycle across infrastructure
- Define and implement patching policies compliance and governance frameworks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Infra Security Application teams)
- Ensure timely vulnerability remediation and risk mitigation
- Drive automation and process improvements in patch management
- Monitor patch compliance reporting and audit readiness
- Manage escalations and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Lead a team and ensure operational excellence
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 years of IT experience with strong exposure to Patch Management
- Proven experience in team leadership / stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of:
- Vulnerability management
- OS & application patching strategies
- Enterprise IT infrastructure environments
- Vulnerability management
- Experience in banking / financial services domain (preferred)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
