Patch Management Team Lead Patch Manager

We are looking for an experienced Patch Management Team Lead / Patch Manager to lead enterprise-wide patching strategy and governance.

• Lead and manage enterprise patch management lifecycle across infrastructure
  
• Define and implement patching policies compliance and governance frameworks
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Infra Security Application teams)
  
• Ensure timely vulnerability remediation and risk mitigation
  
• Drive automation and process improvements in patch management
  
• Monitor patch compliance reporting and audit readiness
  
• Manage escalations and ensure adherence to SLAs
  
• Lead a team and ensure operational excellence
  

• 12 years of IT experience with strong exposure to Patch Management
  
• Proven experience in team leadership / stakeholder management
  
• Strong understanding of:
  • Vulnerability management
    
  • OS & application patching strategies
    
  • Enterprise IT infrastructure environments
    
• Experience in banking / financial services domain (preferred)
  
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
