Job Summary
Ø 38 years of experience in partnerships influencer marketing creator relations PR talent management community building business development or related functions
Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and how influence is built across different communities
Excellent instincts for identifying creators brands and communities that are aligned with a premium audience
Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities across beauty wellness longevity healthcare hospitality fitness fashion luxury and emerging lifestyle categories
A strong network of creators founders industry experts agencies or community leaders is a plus
Ability to think beyond conventional influencer campaigns and develop original partnership ideas
Comfortable moving between strategy and execution
Ø Develop and manage brand-to-brand collaborations including co-created products limited-edition kits gifting initiatives bundled offers community experiences and other innovative format
Strong communication relationship-building and negotiation skills *
Ø Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
Self-starter who enjoys building new initiatives from scratch
Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
