Job Description: Packaging Development Specialist

Exp- 8-10 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and industrialize primary secondary and tertiary packaging for FMCG products across multiple SKUs
• Partner with the brand team to translate consumer insights and brand strategy into effective packaging
• Lead packaging development and innovation for new product launches renovations and promotions under tight timelines
• Specify packaging materials and components optimized for high-speed filling packing and distribution
• Conduct packaging performance transport shelf-life and consumer-use testing
• Support factory trials line validations and scale-up activities in high-volume manufacturing plants
• Manage packaging suppliers including technical alignment cost negotiation and performance evaluation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction material lightweighting and sustainability
• Ensure packaging complies with food safety quality and regulatory standards (e.g. food contact labeling environmental regulations)
• Troubleshoot packaging issues impacting line efficiency quality or consumer experience
