As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of system updates.- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application support tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.- Experience with configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications.- Familiarity with using application programming interfaces and low-code platforms for solution development.- Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability.- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges in application environments.- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.- LLMs and Generative AI- Data Lakes and Data Marts- Reporting and dashboard development- Experience training or guiding users on AI adoption and best practices- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude and Cursor (highly preferred) Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
