Conduct underbody collision and bottom impact simulation (SFU) tasks across several car projects.
Perform FEA model buildup for linear and nonlinear analyses (implicit and explicit) ensuring high quality and ontime delivery in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvements including modeling conventions methodology updates and workflow optimizations.
Conduct CAE and hardware validation activities to improve model accuracy and feasibility.
Perform optimization tasks related to FEA.
Simulation of various design relevant loadcases using Simpack (multibody simulation).
Preparation of evaluation documents. Plausibility verification and iterative optimization of the calculated results.

Strong expertise in strenghtstructural durability and FEA (linear nonlinear implicit & explicit) ideally with experience in automotive applications.
Excellent teamwork skills enabling effective collaboration within multidisciplinary and crossfunctional teams.
Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate model and analyze complex physical phenomena.
Strong expertise in meshing and modelling of complex Models for lin. and non-linear FEA.
Excellent proficiency in commonly used Office tools such as Excel PowerPoint Word etc.
Strong expertise in full vehicle systems cause-and-effect chains and analytical skills.
Must have technical skill
Deep expertise in LSDYNA (Explicit) ideally for fullvehicle analyses.

Advanced proficiency in Simpack

Proficiency in pre-processing tool ANSA.
Experience with post-processing tool Animator
Experience in numerical fatigue analysis ideally using FEMFAT and knowledge of durabilityspecific analysis parameters.
Experience working in Unix/Linux environments with the ability to work effectively in both Linux and Windows.
Proficiency in Python for workflow automation and data handling.
