Job Title - OTM Techno Functional Consultant

Experience - 6 - 10 Years

Location - PAN India (Hybrid)

Requirements:

The candidatewill engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. The candidatesresponsibilities will include coding enhancing components and collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software solutions are scalable and high-performing. The candidate will leverage modern frameworks and Agile methodologies to deliver effective results and contribute to the success of project initiatives..

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall team performance.

- Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications to guide the development process.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.

- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.

- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
