Job Title - Oracle PPM Technical Consultant

Location - PAN India

Experience - 12 years

Notice - Immediate to 30 days

Requirements:

• Oracle PPM implementations and production environments.
• Candidates with 6 years and strong PPM technical track record may be considered.
• At least 3 full-lifecycle Oracle PPM projects (implementations or large migrations) including production support.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or related discipline.
• Strong client-facing experience and ability to gather technical requirements from business/functional teams.
• Technical Skills (must-have) Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills; experience writing tuning and debugging complex queries and packages.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Oracle SOA Suite REST/SOAP web services and API-based integrations.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud extensibility (Application Composer Page Composer Visual Builder/VBCS) and Oracle EBS customizations (APIs concurrent programs forms/reports).
• Practical experience with data load mechanisms: FBDI ADFdi FTP/CSV loads and ETL tools.
• Reporting and BI: BI Publisher template development OTBI subject areas data models and custom report design.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 integration methods (XOG/XML web services).
• Experience with source control (Git) CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) fundamentals and/or on-prem middleware (WebLogic).
• Debugging logging and monitoring tools experience; familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) is a plus.
• Desirable / Nice-to-have Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Oracle Integration Cloud). Experience with Java development and Oracle ADF.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) orchestration (Kubernetes) or serverless functions on OCI.
• Exposure to enterprise IAM/Security (SSO OAuth SAML) and role provisioning for cloud apps.
• Experience with automation scripting (Python shell) to support operational tasks. Experience in the industry verticals where PPM is heavily used: Construction Engineering Oil & Gas Utilities Professional Services.
• Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize incidents and changes.
• Mentoring and knowledge-sharing orientation
