Job Title - Oracle OFSAA AML Specialist

Location - PAN India

Experience - 4- 8 years

Notice - Immediate to 30 days

Requirements:

• Act as a key OFSAA subject matter expert for version 8.1.2.8
• Design develop customize and support OFSAA solutions for:
• Customer Screening
• Case Management
• Transaction Monitoring
• Transaction Filtering
• Analyze business and user requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
• Support business teams with customization requests workflow enhancements and reporting needs.
• Develop and modify rules parameters configurations reports and data extraction logic as required.
• Investigate and resolve production issues data discrepancies and system defects in a timely manner.
• Perform impact analysis for change requests system upgrades and enhancement initiatives.
• Work closely with compliance operations business analysts QA and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Support testing activities including unit testing SIT UAT and defect resolution.
• Monitor application health data processing and batch execution to ensure stability and performance.
• Prepare technical documentation design documents support procedures and release notes.
• Assist with reporting and MIS requirements for business and regulatory use cases.
• Participate in deployment planning release support and post-implementation validation.
• Provide user support issue analysis and guidance on system capabilities and limitations.
• Recommend best practices for OFSAA customization maintainability and performance optimization.
