Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) & Governance Engineer (L4) to design implement administer and support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in identity lifecycle management access governance role management provisioning reconciliation and integration with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop implement and maintain Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM) solutions.
Configure and manage user lifecycle processes including Joiner Mover and Leaver (JML).
Develop and support provisioning and reconciliation workflows for target systems.
Create and manage connectors adapters application instances and resource objects.
Implement access request approval certification and segregation of duties (SoD) controls.
Perform role engineering role mining and role lifecycle management activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to provisioning reconciliation and identity governance processes.
Integrate OIM/OIG with enterprise applications directories databases and cloud systems.
Support identity governance audits and compliance requirements.
Develop custom workflows event handlers and scheduled jobs using Java and Oracle technologies.
Maintain system health performance tuning and platform upgrades.
Collaborate with cybersecurity infrastructure and business stakeholders to improve IAM controls.
Prepare technical documentation SOPs and operational runbooks.
