Oracle Hyperion

Role Overview:

• We are looking for an experienced Oracle Hyperion Administrator with 8 years of relevant experience in administering and supporting Oracle Hyperion applications.
• The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with HFM Hyperion Planning Essbase FDMEE Shared Services Workspace LCM security administration migrations monitoring troubleshooting upgrades and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Oracle Hyperion HFM Planning Essbase and FDMEE applications.
• Perform application configuration metadata management and environment administration.
• Manage application migrations across Development Test and Production environments.
• Perform Hyperion migrations using Workspace and Lifecycle Management (LCM).
• Handle installation configuration upgrades patches and maintenance of Hyperion 11.2.x environments.
• Manage users roles access provisioning and security through Shared Services.
• Monitor Hyperion application health services logs and system performance.
• Perform log analysis and troubleshoot application connectivity and performance issues.
• Provide L2/L3 production support incident resolution and service-request management within SLA.
• Manage metadata structures hierarchies and data-loading activities.
• Perform application and database performance tuning and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with business application infrastructure and technical teams for issue resolution.
• Support Hyperion upgrades migrations patches and environment maintenance.
• Use monitoring/log-analysis tools such as Splunk where applicable.
