Job Title -Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Experience - 5 - 10 Years

Location - PAN India (Hybrid Night shift)

Notice - Immediate to 15 days

Requirement:-

We are seeking an experiencedOracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultantwith 6-7 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes system configuration and integration within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll/Core HR/ modules.
• Configure and maintain Payroll Time & Labor and Absence Management modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Execute data migration validation and integration activities ensuring data integrity.
• Provide post-implementation support including troubleshooting and user training.
• Review and apply quarterly updates to Oracle HCM Payroll modules.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and offshore resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Design and generate payroll reports and analytics as per business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on US Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing statutory compliance and reporting.
• Experience with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Payroll/Core HR implementations.
• Proficiency in configuring Payroll Time & Labor Core HR and Absence Management modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
