Job Title: Oracle GTM Consultant
Responsibilities
- Design and configure Oracle GTM modules including:
- Trade Compliance (Denied Party Screening License Management Product Classification)
- Trade Operations (Shipment Management Customs Management)
- Compliance Rules and Controls
- Map EBS business processes (OM WSH) to GTM processes.
- Define business rules compliance policies screening thresholds and workflow configurations.
- Design and develop integrations between Oracle EBS and Oracle GTM.
- Develop and troubleshoot EBS inbound/outbound interfaces.
- Perform root cause analysis and production support for integration failures.
Work with:
- Interface tables
- Concurrent programs
- Custom APIs
- Open Interface
Experience
- 8 years of Oracle ERP experience.
- 3 years of hands-on Oracle GTM implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 (OM Shipping Purchasing Inventory).
- Proven experience designing EBSGTM integrations.
Functional Knowledge
- International trade compliance regulations (ITAR EAR OFAC Customs processes).
- Denied Party Screening workflows.
- License determination and management.
- Product classification (HS ECCN).
- Export/import documentation processes.
Required Skills:
Responsibilities: Implementation project execution and governance with the customer team. Gather Business requirements and provide configuration support of Finance AR Billing modules Work independently or with team and/or Project Manager to participate in integration Design/Development Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any) enhance and apply required updates as necessary. Work in a team of workday configuration and integration analysts to craft technical specifications. Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday. Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards. Track issues and risks communicate status and escalate concerns. Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary.
