Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: PAN India

Experience: 6 - 12 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with HCM Extracts including design development troubleshooting and integration with downstream systems.
• Good knowledge of BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI Reports with the ability to develop complex reports dashboards data models and analytical solutions to support business requirements.
• Good knowledge of Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Oracle Redwood (HCM)
• Good knowledge of Talent Management and Compensation modules including configuration business process support eligibility profiles performance management succession planning and compensation cycles.
• Good knowledge of HCM Security including role-based access control data security policies security profiles user provisioning and troubleshooting security-related issues.
• Good knowledge of Fast Formulas
• Experience working on Oracle Fusion HCM technical integrations using HDL HCM Data Loader and REST/SOAP APIs
• Ability to analyze business requirements design solutions.
