Job Title - Oracle Fusion HCM LMS Techno-Functional Consultant

Location - PAN India

Experience - 7 years

Notice - Immediate Joiner

Requirements:

Looking for a Techno-Functional resource with strong expertise in LMS reporting and dashboards in Oracle Fusion HCM to support end-to-end implementation reporting solutions and data activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end implementation of LMS (Oracle Learning Cloud) reporting solutions
• Develop and maintain:
• OTBI reports
• BI Publisher (BIP) reports
• Dashboards for business stakeholders
• Design and build learning compliance and analytics reports
• Work on HCM Extracts for data extraction and reporting
• Handle data migration and uploads using HDL/HSDL
• Perform data validation reconciliation and issue resolution
• Support CRP SIT UAT and go-live activities
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to understand reporting requirements
• Ensure data accuracy performance and timely delivery of reports
• Work on enhancements and post go-live support (hypercare).

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (Techno-Functional).

• Hands-on expertise in:

• OTBI Reports
• BI Publisher (BIP)
• HCM Extracts
• HDL / Data migration tools

• Knowledge of Oracle Learning Cloud (LMS).
• Experience in implementation projects.
• Good understanding of HR data and reporting structures.
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
