Oracle Fusion HCM

• Lead and support Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations and enhancements across functional and technical areas.
• Configure payroll elements balances fast formulas costing and statutory components.
• Design and develop integrations using HCM Extracts HDL REST/SOAP APIs and OIC.
• Build and maintain payroll reports using BI Publisher and data conversion and migration using HDL and Spreadsheet Loader.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing reconciliation and SIT UAT and go-live activities and resolve defects/issues.
• Work closely with Core HR Benefits Absence and Time & Labor modules.
• Provide post-production support and continuous improvements.

• 5-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Payroll Techno-Functional role).
• Hands-on expertise in:Payroll configuration (elements balances fast formulas)HCM Extracts HDL and BI PublisherREST/SOAP APIs and integrations (OIC preferred)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll lifecycle and statutory processing.
• Experience in at least 12 full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Good knowledge of SQL XML and data analytical debugging and stakeholder communication skills
