Job Title : Oracle Fusion Cloud Environment & Access Administrator
Location : Bangalore
EXP : 7Years
Description
To own and administer user access for the Tesco People and Finance transformation projects predominately in Fusion SaaS but also encompassing related PaaS and IaaS products. This activity includes: user account provisioning; role assignment; password resets; obtaining approvals in accordance with the defined process; and raising online support requests to provide access to cloud services (such as Developer Cloud Service). Additional responsibilities include assisting with the creation and management of test users including knowledge of the hire process for employees and contingent workers within Fusion. To liase with internal project stakeholders and teams as well as external supporting functions (OPC OMCS).
Knowledge of the following:
Fusion SaaS
WebLogic Administration Console
Oracle Database
Knowledge of Fusion Middleware (PaaS and IaaS) component stack
Ability to prioritise incoming requests taking into account urgency severity and scope
Creation and management of Oracle support SRs (Support Request) and RFCs (Request For Change)
Maintenance of tracking documents via Excel
Basic understanding of LDAP to understand and help diagnose issues relating to integration Fusion / AD integration and account creation
