Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking
  
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  
• Experience with banking application development and enhancements
  
• Knowledge of database management and integration techniques
  
• Ability to work independently and contribute as an SME
