Job Title : Oracle ERP Accounts Payable Lead

Job Type : Full-time / Contract

Experience : 5 Years

Location : Hyderabad Telangana

Responsibilities:

• Experience in Oracle ERP Accounts Payable or a similar finance/accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes invoice management and vendor reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle NetSuite Microsoft Dynamics Workday or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel including Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls accounting principles and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Manage the complete accounts payable cycle including invoice receipt verification coding approval routing and payment processing.
• Review and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies payment issues and outstanding balances.
• Maintain and update vendor master data while ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice and payment-related queries.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Assist with audits by providing supporting documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
• Generate analyze and maintain AP reports using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and company financial procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation initiatives within the AP function.
