Subject Matter Expertise:
oAct as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS
oHands-on Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 with strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Architecture and technical aspects of Oracle Applications
Self-Motivation and Task Execution:
oHighly self-motivated detail-oriented and committed individual with an ability to take up initiatives and execute tasks with full ownership.
oAble to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with minimal direction.
Problem Resolution and Functional Knowledge:
oDeriving resolution of application problems/issues predominantly in P2P/O2C Cycle
oGood functional knowledge of any two modules of Oracle Applications from GL AR and AP is a must.
oHave worked on Standard and Custom interfaces.
Collaboration and Support:
oDemonstrated ability to work with distributed teams across multiple time-zones open for rotational night shifts.
oSupporting key business processes/activities including Month end and Year end support activities to Business users
oPartners with business and technology managers to elicit analyze translate and document business requirements into technical requirements.
Documentation and Design:
oProficient in writing/updating Functional Design Documents
oExperience in mapping business requirements gap analysis and preparation of functional/Technical Design documents.
Issue Resolution and System Maintenance:
oEffectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur consistently following through on details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution and anticipates and prevents problems before they occur.
oRegularly ensuring good health of production systems and data integrity with upstream/downstream systems
oTriaging and analyzing application data and upstream/downstream integration issues and Monitor Alert notifications and System logs and take appropriate action.
oDebug complex issues and present their impact along with recommended solutions to users and management.
Process Improvement and Project Management:
oUtilizing past experience to implement innovative approaches to help improve business processes and system performance.
oManage multiple tasks simultaneously prioritize workload effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment.
oImprove the enterprise systems by leveraging existing solutions when building new technology.
oCollaborate with non-ERP development teams to design efficient supportable and scalable solutions.
oPrepare Oracle Functional Technical Design documents and Unit test documents for the related areas.
oPerforms other duties as assigned.
Incident and Change Management:
oManage incident management transition and change management activities.
oEnsure that all deliverables from offshore are as per the quality guidelines.
oEnsure audit compliance in projects as per the defined process framework closure of NCs.
oConduct and lead RCAs for deviations (effort/schedule variance post-production defects non-compliances reported in audits & SLA misses) and identify preventive and corrective actions.
oEnsure process adherence and lead process improvement initiatives.
Risk and Issue Management:
oIdentify and assess project risks and issues.
oDevelop and implement mitigation plans.
oEscalate critical issues to senior management.
Reporting and Metrics:
oProvide key performance indicators (KPIs) and project status updates.
oAnalyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Communication:
oFacilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
oEnsure project managers and teams have the necessary information and support.
oCommunicate project status and changes to relevant parties.
Continuous Improvement:
oIdentify opportunities to enhance project management processes.
oRecommend and implement improvements to increase project efficiency.
oStay up to date with industry best practices.
