Oracle EBS Finance Functional Retail Integration

Location: PAN India
Experience: 10 - 15Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

The focus is on the continued evolution of the POS-to-Finance solution supporting both optimisation of existing enhancements and the delivery of new functionality required for additional territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Country Rollout & Localisation Support the rollout of the POS solution into new countries and territories. Review country-specific business and banking requirements and assess impacts to existing Oracle Financials integrations and reconciliation processes.
• Define localisation requirements for payment methods banking references cash management reconciliation and accounting treatments.
• Ensure new country requirements align with the established global solution design and control framework.
• Oracle Financials Enhancement Delivery Act as the functional SME for Oracle Financials enhancements delivered as part of the POS transformation programme.
• Assess and implement changes required to support new territories and evolving business requirements.
• Produce functional specifications impact assessments data mappings and solution documentation.
• Support testing deployment and go-live activities for new enhancements.
• Reconciliation & Integration Optimisation Enhance existing bank statement enrichment and reconciliation capabilities.
• Refine matching rules reference structures and exception management processes. Support improvements to cash lodgement reconciliation merchant settlement matching and automated receipt creation. Work with integration teams to ensure end-to-end transaction traceability from POS through to Oracle Financials and bank settlement.
• Ideal Candidate An experienced Oracle Financials Functional Consultant with strong retail integration and bank reconciliation expertise.
• The successful candidate will have experience delivering and evolving Oracle Financials solutions within large retail environments particularly where Oracle Financials supports POS integrations banking interfaces and automated reconciliation processes across multiple countries.
• They will be comfortable analysing local market requirements and translating them into enhancements that extend an established global solution.
