Job Description

Job Title - Oracle CC&B/CCS Solution Architect

Experience - 10 - 15 Years

Location - Remote

Notice - Immediate to 15 days

Requirements:

10 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B).
Strong expertise in utility business processes including Meter-to-Cash Customer Service Billing Payments Collections and Revenue Management.
Hands-on experience with CC&B architecture configuration customization workflows algorithms batch processing and integrations.
Experience integrating CC&B with MDM C2M Oracle ERP CRM AMI GIS and external systems.
Strong understanding of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies.
Knowledge of cloud migration performance tuning and enterprise architecture principles.
