Job Summary
Role Descriptions: Role Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA) Specialist
Description We are seeking a skilled Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA) Specialist to join our team and lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using Oracle AIA framework. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle AIA as well as strong technical knowledge on teleco domain.
Required Technical Skill Set Experience with Application Integration Architecture (AIA - Oracle)
Year of Experience 6 - 8 years
Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral competency)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2 support for Oracle AIA-based integrations across multiple business domains and applications.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements define integration patterns and design solutions that meet business needs.
Perform impact analysis and restore services within agreed SLA / OLA timelines; ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure no open issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions align with business goals and technical requirements.
Perform troubleshooting and debugging of integration issues and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.
Handle service requests including configuration updates endpoint changes credentials/keystore updates partner setup routing rules and deployment support.
Ensure high availability and operational stability of integration runtime; participate in on-call/shift support as per roster.
Drive alert tuning (reduce noise/false positives) define thresholds and ensure meaningful dashboards for operations.
Perform daily/weekly operational checks and publish service health reports and KPI/SLA metrics.
Implement and manage proactive monitoring for AIA/SOA/OSB layers (health checks logs queues DB states JVM metrics stuck instances).
Support change management lifecycle: change assessment implementation planning risk mitigation backout strategy and post-change validation.
Analyze and improve performance bottlenecks in integration flows (threads connection pools payload sizing transformations DB calls).
Ensure timely incident closure with complete resolution details validated recovery stakeholder confirmation and proper documentation of root cause corrective actions and preventive measures as per ITIL standards.
Identify opportunities to improve operational maturity: automation scripts self-healing actions standardized templates and CI/CD enablement.
Generate regular reports on system performance and key metrics.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations processes and procedures.
Skills:
Proven experience as an Oracle AIA Specialist or a similar role with expertise in Middleware technologies.
Strong knowledge of Oracle AIA framework including AIA Foundation Pack PIPs (Process Integration Packs) and SOA Suite.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware products such as Oracle Service Bus Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle BPEL Process Manager.
Oracle AIA and are looking to contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge integration solutions
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
