Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with strong expertise in U.S. IT recruitment and sourcing candidates on OPT CPT STEM OPT and H1 visa status.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for U.S. IT requirements with a focus on OPT/CPT/STEM OPT candidates.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Dice Indeed Naukri and other job portals.
Screen candidates based on technical skills experience visa status location and availability.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified OPT candidates.
Coordinate interviews follow-ups and candidate submissions.
Negotiate rates/salary with candidates and coordinate offer discussions.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Meet recruitment targets and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Must-Have Skills

4-5 years of experience in U.S. IT Recruitment / OPT Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of OPT CPT STEM OPT and F1 visa status.
Good understanding of U.S. IT technologies and job requirements.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Dice Indeed and other sourcing platforms.
Strong candidate sourcing screening and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to work onsite from Hyderabad.

Preferred

Prior experience working with U.S. staffing companies / IT consulting firms.
Strong experience in sourcing and placing OPT/STEM OPT candidates.
Good knowledge of U.S. recruitment processes and market trends.
