Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Operate tool and cutter grinding machines to manufacture and recondition cutting tools.
• Grind end mills drills reamers form tools PCD pocket and special cutting tools as per drawings.
• Set up and adjust grinding machine parameters to achieve required dimensions and surface finish.
• Inspect tools using measuring instruments such as micrometres verniers profile projectors and gauges.
• Maintain tool quality and adhere to specified tolerances.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping activities.
• Follow safety and quality standards.

Profile & Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in tool and cutter grinding operations.
• Knowledge of tool geometry and cutting tool applications.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with CNC and conventional tool grinding machines.
• Understanding of grinding wheels and dressing techniques.
• Good problem-solving and quality-conscious attitude.
