• Set up and operate CNC grinding machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings process sheets and quality specifications.
• Perform wheel mounting dressing and balancing activities.
• Load edit and run CNC grinding programs.
• Monitor grinding parameters and optimize cycle times.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish requirements.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and TPM activities.
• Follow safety quality and housekeeping standards.
• Report machine tooling or quality issues to the supervisor.

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in CNC cylindrical grinding operations preferred.
• Experience in precision component manufacturing is an advantage.

• Experience operating or similar CNC cylindrical grinding machines.
• Knowledge of external internal and universal grinding processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Proficient in using micrometres bore gauges dial indicators and other precision measuring instruments.
• Understanding of grinding wheels dressing methods and machining parameters.
