Role Summary
A premium 5-star luxury resort in Jim Corbett Uttarakhand is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of the resort and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing operations in a genuine luxury resort / hotel environment possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. Candidates with exposure to destination weddings luxury events and the Jim Corbett hospitality market will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across Front Office Housekeeping Food & Beverage Guest Relations and Banquet functions.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality are consistently maintained.
- Monitor operational efficiency and service quality across all departments.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest feedback complaints and service recovery in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs hygiene standards and safety regulations.
- Supervise and support wedding events corporate functions and special occasions.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and staff briefings.
- Monitor departmental performance productivity and guest feedback metrics.
- Assist management in achieving revenue occupancy and guest satisfaction targets.
- Ensure effective coordination between operational teams and support departments.
- Support recruitment training and development of operational staff.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 58 years of experience in hotel/resort operations.
- Prior experience in a 5-star luxury resort / hotel is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of front office housekeeping food & beverage and guest relations operations.
- Experience in managing destination weddings events and large group movements.
- Excellent leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in hospitality management systems and operational reporting.

- Experience working in reputed luxury resorts / hotels with strong guest satisfaction records.
- Prior experience in Jim Corbett hospitality market will be highly preferred.
- Candidates from Uttarakhand will be given preference.
