Operations Manager Mentorship

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Operations Head Mentorship will lead and scale Drishtis mentorship programme across UPSC and State PCS verticals. This is a leadership role responsible for designing the mentorship operational framework.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and own the end-to-end mentorship delivery model from designing a course to onboarding students and smooth functioning of the programs.

Tracking student engagement rate session completion satisfaction scores and conversion to course renewals.

Establish an SOP-driven workflow for mentor-student assignment escalation handling and conflict resolution.

Co-ordinating with various teams including Content Website Tech Marketing etc to align and optimise mentorship operations.

Present monthly operations report to senior leadership.

Explore and pilot group mentorship peer-learning cohorts and alumni mentorship models.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate / Postgraduate

13 years in EdTech coaching operations or student success leadership

Prior experience managing a team

Strong data orientation comfortable reading dashboards and building reports

Proficiency in MS Excel and other tools

PREFERRED SKILLS

Personal familiarity with UPSC preparation journey (appeared or cleared is a plus)

Experience designing SOPs and program schedules from scratch

Fluency in Hindi and working English
