Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Head - VP / General Manager with strong technical commercial and leadership capabilities in the downstream LPG/Gas/Petroleum industry.
The incumbent will be responsible for leading operations project execution maintenance new business development and EPC initiatives across Auto LPG Packed LPG Bulk LPG LNG CBG EV and emerging energy projects.
The role requires strong expertise in LPG/NG/fuel conversion projects project design and execution operations & maintenance HSE regulatory compliance and business development along with the ability to manage multiple locations and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Auto LPG Packed LPG & Bulk LPG Operations

• Lead end-to-end execution of Auto LPG Bulk LPG and Packed LPG projects.
• Oversee operations and maintenance of Auto LPG stations and LPG installations across multiple locations.
• Provide leadership to Service & Maintenance teams with a focus on cost optimization reliability and operational continuity.
• Develop and implement structured preventive and predictive maintenance practices to maximize equipment life and minimize downtime.
• Prepare annual operating and maintenance budgets and ensure effective cost control.
• Ensure installations operate safely and efficiently on a 247 basis including LPG decanting operations.
• Ensure all Auto LPG stations LPG installations and LPG transportation/logistics activities follow best-in-class HSE standards and practices.
• Drive operational excellence asset reliability and compliance across all locations.

2. New Business Development & Fuel Conversion Projects

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Bulk LPG Propane LNG and other fuel conversion solutions.
• Lead conversion projects involving industrial/commercial combustion systems from conventional fuels to LPG Propane or LNG.
• Study and finalize technical feasibility for individual conversion proposals.
• Develop and finalize techno-commercial business proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Lead customer discussions negotiations and facilitate execution of commercial agreements.
• Monitor project implementation from concept through commissioning.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable regulations standards PESO requirements and statutory norms.
• Provide technical support to the Sales & Marketing teams and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales volumes customer retention and overall company profitability.

3. LNG CBG EPC & Emerging Energy Business

• Develop new EPC business opportunities in LNG CBG and other emerging energy segments.
• Lead the planning execution and commissioning of new energy projects.
• Explore and develop opportunities in EV and related energy infrastructure projects.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and business models that can contribute to the companys growth and diversification.
• Build strategic relationships with customers technology providers government authorities and other stakeholders.

4. Regulatory HSE & Government Liaison

• Ensure compliance with applicable PESO statutory regulatory and safety requirements.
• Liaise effectively with PESO and other regulatory/government authorities.
• Maintain high standards of Health Safety & Environment (HSE) across all projects and operating locations.
• Ensure timely approvals licenses inspections and statutory compliances.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in similar mid-to-senior management technical leadership roles within the downstream LPG Gas Petroleum or Energy industry.
• Experience with reputed private or public-sector organizations will be preferred.
• Strong track record in project execution operations & maintenance and business development.
• Strong technical understanding of LPG/NG systems fuel conversion projects and associated equipment.
• Excellent leadership team management and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong commercial negotiation and customer-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong liaison and public relations capabilities.
• Experience in handling PESO and other regulatory/statutory government authorities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects locations and cross-functional teams.
