Amazon is seeking Operation Manager for our RAD (Rapid Asset Deployment) center. The Rapid Asset Deployment (RAD) is the manufacturing and fulfillment operations arm. We are responsible for provisioning IT Builds warehousing fulfillment repair (RMA) and liquidation and this role you will lead a team and will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety quality attendance and performance.

Key job responsibilities
* Support mentor and motivate your team and workforce
* Manage safety quality productivity and customer delivery promises
* Review the work forecasts and determine your productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet the overall building objectives.
* Collaborate with all support teams including Safety Engineering Loss Prevention Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives
* Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools
* Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push pull squat bend and reach
* Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts

- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Bachelors degree in operations supply chain or logistics or 1 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- - 2 years of employee and performance management experience
- - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays

- 1 years of people management leading teams of 20 experience or experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and implement effective solutions
- 1 years of performance metrics process improvement or lean techniques experience
