We are seeking an experienced 8 years In OpenTXT Information Archive and App Builder products with strong hands on expertise to support enterprise level data archiving retention and compliance initiatives. The role involves designing implementing and optimizing archival solutions while ensuring alignment with regulatory security and organizational data governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design configuration and deployment of Information Archive archiving solutions across enterprise environments.
• Manage data ingestion retention policies classification and lifecycle management within Information Archive and App Builder
• Integrate Information Archive with existing systems storage platforms and security frameworks using App Builder or similar capabilities
• Utilize Information Archive for structured data archiving application retirement and data lifecycle automation.
• Analyze legacy systems and define migration strategies for structured semi-structured and unstructured data.
  • Knowledge of active & SAP data archival will be an advantage.
  • User access setup/management in Information Archive .
• Ensure compliance with regulatory legal and organizational data retention requirements.
• Support troubleshooting platform issues optimize performance and support ongoing maintenance from L3/L4 perspective
• Collaborate with security infrastructure and application teams to ensure end to end solution integrity.
• Provide SME guidance documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• API Orchestration: Design and implement automated workflows using Information Archive APIs including for Data Ingestion Query and Retrieval
• Familiarity with Java Spring framework and JWT added advantage
• Custom Scripting: Develop and maintain Python/PowerShell/shellscripts to automate bulk tasks.
• Design and build relevant reports using OpenTxt AppBuilder

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as in enterprise environments.
• Hands on expertise with Informatica ILM added advantage
• Deep understanding of data lifecycle management retention policies and compliance frameworks.
• Strong experience in AppBuilder including for report development and data visualization
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS or similar) and storage technologies preferred .
• Knowledge of data migration methodologies and archival best practices.
  • Experience in migration of archived components from Informatica ILM to OpenTXT Information Archive will be an added plus.
• Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of github Azure functions and postman will be an advantage.
