We are looking for an experienced OpenText Exstream & Quadient Inspire CCM Developer/Architect with strong expertise in designing developing configuring and architecting Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream Designer and Quadient Inspire particularly in document composition automation workflows templates data processing and print/output management.

• Data Mapping and Data Processing
• XML CSV Fixed-Length and Delimited files
• PDF and AFP output formats
• PUB file architecture
• Sorting and Bundling
• Dynamic Data Import and Data Aggregation
• Document composition and workflow development
• Debugging and Testing
• PDF Accessibility / AODA
• Banking and Financial domain knowledge

• Develop and design customer communication templates using OpenText Exstream and Quadient Inspire.
• Create templates flow pages components and tables.
• Configure Inspire Automation and Scaler workflows.
• Work with different data formats and output files such as PDF and AFP.
• Perform unit testing debugging and support QA/testing.
• Analyze business requirements and prepare technical solutions.
• Support print email and other customer communication requirements.
• Review code and mentor junior developers.
• Work on Banking documents such as Statements Taxes and Cheque Processing.
