Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Consultant with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application maintenance and development operations with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions in a consultancy role. This position requires a deep understanding of DevOps practices and tools to enhance our operational efficiency and support our clients needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and implement DevOps solutions.
• Analyze and improve existing application maintenance processes and workflows.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing processes.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for DevOps methodologies and tools.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members and clients.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to DevOps.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Jenkins Docker Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash).
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible Puppet Chef).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in application development and maintenance.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus ELK stack).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in DevOps or cloud technologies are a plus.
