ommercetools Developer

We are looking for an experienced commercetools Developer to design develop integrate and scale enterprise-grade composable commerce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with commercetools API-first/headless commerce microservices REST/GraphQL APIs and cloud technologies.

The candidate will work on building flexible and scalable e-commerce solutions using MACH architecture principles.

• Design develop customize and maintain e-commerce solutions using commercetools APIs and microservices.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL operations.
• Integrate commercetools with third-party enterprise applications such as ERP CRM PIM OMS and payment gateways.
• Configure and implement commercetools extensibility features including API Extensions Message Subscriptions and custom integrations.
• Develop serverless solutions using AWS Lambda Google Cloud Functions or similar technologies.
• Work with product catalogs pricing promotions discounts customer data carts orders and checkout workflows.
• Design and implement scalable solutions based on MACH architecture - Microservices API-first Cloud-native and Headless.
• Collaborate with frontend backend architecture product and business teams to deliver end-to-end commerce solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues optimize application performance and ensure solution scalability.
• Participate in code reviews testing deployments and production support.
• Follow development best practices coding standards security guidelines and CI/CD processes.

• Strong hands-on experience with commercetools development.
• Strong understanding of composable/headless commerce platforms.
• Experience with MACH architecture and microservices.
• Strong programming experience in Java or similar backend technologies.
• Strong experience developing REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with third-party integrations such as ERP CRM PIM OMS and payment systems.
• Experience with commercetools API Extensions and Message Subscriptions.
• Experience with AWS Lambda Google Cloud Functions or other serverless technologies.
• Good understanding of e-commerce domain concepts including products catalogs pricing promotions customers carts orders and checkout.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD.
• Strong debugging problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with React Angular or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms.
• Experience with PIM OMS ERP CRM and payment integrations.
• Knowledge of Git Jenkins GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in commercetools / composable commerce.
• Experience developing enterprise-grade e-commerce applications is preferred.
