Overview
We are looking for a professional Receptionist & Admin Assistant to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet and welcome visitors clients and vendors in a professional manner
- Manage visitor entry issue badges and maintain visitor logs
- Ensure adherence to office security and safety protocols
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
- Handle basic email communication and inquiries
- Maintain records of visitors calls couriers and office inventory
Administrative Support
- Manage reception area meeting rooms and office supplies
- Schedule meeting rooms and coordinate with internal teams
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as document handling courier coordination and data entry
- Vendor management
- Assist with hotel and travel bookings for visitors / employees
- Support HR/Admin teams with onboarding formalities and office events
- Managing office inventories

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification is Graduate Any Degree
- Min experience of 1-3 years in Office Management
- Well versed with Microsoft Office tools
