Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Organizational Assessment: Evaluate current business policies culture and structures through surveys and interviews to identify strengths and skill gaps.
- Change Management: Guide organizations through transitions (e.g. mergers digital transformations or restructuring) to minimize friction and maintain productivity.
- Leadership & Talent Development: Design coaching succession planning and performance management programs.
- Strategic Alignment: Work with senior executives to ensure the companys mission and vision translate directly into daily workflows
