HIRING OCH HEALTHCARE
Location: Pune
Role: Customer Service & Collections
Freshers: Up to 25000 Take Home
Experienced: Up to 45000 Take Home
Incentives: Performance-based
Shift: 24/7 Rotational 9 Hours
Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs between Monday to Friday
Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Working Days
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills to join our OCH Healthcare Customer Service & Collections process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve queries effectively
Manage healthcare-related customer service and collections activities
Communicate clearly and confidently with customers
Follow process guidelines and maintain service quality
Handle payment/collection-related conversations professionally
Meet assigned performance and quality targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Customer service collections BPO healthcare or related experience is an advantage
Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts
Willingness to work fixed Saturdays and Sundays
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
