• ConfigureScenario Managerfor what-if analysis (e.g. demand spikes supply disruptions).

• Designdata pipelinesusingTalend Kafka or REST APIsto synchronize o9 with SAP ECC APO BPC and external market data sources.

• Validatedata qualitythrough o9 Loader and troubleshoot integration errors in collaboration with IT teams.

• Developinteractive dashboardsusing o9s KPI Engine to track forecast accuracy service levels and inventory turnover.

• Configureexception alertsfor stockouts excess inventory and production bottlenecks.

• Executeunit testingintegration testing andUATfor o9 configurations ensuring alignment with business requirements.

• Resolve post-go-live issues viaServiceNow ticketsand provide Level 2/3 support for planners.

• Createtechnical playbooksfor configurations including data mappings calculation logic and user permissions.

• Train regional planners

More about this role

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience configuring o9 Planning Tool with a focus on Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning modules.

• 3-5 Years of experience inImplementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/logisticsorganization with focus on planning is preferred.

• Proventrack recordof successfully implementing/ supportingo9 in complex business environments.

• Experience with various o9 modules (e.g. Demand Planning Supply Planning Inventory Optimization Sales & Operations Planning) is highly desirable.

• Experience inCPGManufacturing industry is a plus.
