We are hiring for one of our leading MNC clients for the role of o9 Demand Planning Consultant on a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) basis.

Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

• Overall Experience: 5 Years
  
• Relevant Experience in o9 Demand Planning: Minimum 3 Years
  

• Design configure and deploy o9 Demand Planning solutions.
  
• Configure and customize the o9 platform based on business requirements.
  
• Develop forecasting models using statistical forecasting and predictive analytics.
  
• Develop and enhance o9 plug-ins and custom configurations.
  
• Support Demand Sensing Forecast Enrichment Consensus Planning and Forecast Accuracy initiatives.
  
• Analyze forecast performance and recommend continuous improvements.
  
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  
• Participate in testing UAT deployment and post-production support.
  
• Collaborate with Demand Planning Supply Planning and S&OP teams.
  

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in o9 Demand Planning over all 5 years of experience.
  
• Experience in o9 implementation and platform configuration.
  
• Strong understanding of Demand Planning and Supply Chain Planning.
  
• Hands-on experience in Statistical Forecasting Demand Sensing Forecast Accuracy and Consensus Planning.
  
• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
  
• Exposure to Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics.
  
• Experience with o9 plug-in development and customization.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
