Medical Care and Treatment Hazard Identification Compliance and Recordkeeping
Core Responsibilities
Medical Care and Treatment: Provide first aid treat minor injuries like cuts or burns manage sudden illnesses and respond to workplace medical emergencies.
- Hazard Identification: Observe daily work operations in factories construction sites or offices to spot safety risks and recommend corrective changes.
Health and Safety Education: Lead CPR first aid and safety training sessions for staff.
Compliance and Recordkeeping: Write accident reports track workers compensation claims and keep medical files up to date
Wellness Programs: Organize health screenings and programs that promote long-term employee well-being
