Non IT Recruiter- Manufacturing Domain Noida Location , WFO (6 days working)

Role Overview

The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing operations supply chain quality production maintenance plant administration and other non-technical business functions. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities stakeholder management and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing and non-IT roles.
• Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn social media employee referrals consultants and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring manufacturing roles.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Maintain recruitment trackers MIS reports and hiring dashboards.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• 16 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Prior experience hiring for manufacturing production operations supply chain quality maintenance procurement plant HR and related functions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
• Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
