Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Network SME with strong expertise in enterprise WAN SDWAN Routing & Switching Security (Firewall) and Network Operations.

Network & Security Expertise

. SME level understanding of TCP/IP routing switching WAN technologies and security
. Network design deployment migration and operational support experience
. Configure manage and troubleshoot Network Equipment Software Transport Systems and Cabling Infrastructure
. Perform IMACs (Installs Moves Adds & Changes) activities
. Support protocols under Technical Architecture & Product Standards
. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware software routing and operational issues
. Ability to independently handle production incidents RCA and bridge calls
. Good understanding of ITIL Framework and Service Management processes
. Candidate should be willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts. Lead the technical bridges for all major incidents
. Ensure tickets assigned to the queue are accepted and worked on time
. Monitor open tickets
. Location Bangalore
